ImgLab is a professional batch image conversion and optimization tool that runs entirely inside your web browser. Whether you need to convert formats, compress file sizes, resize, apply filters, or add watermarks — ImgLab handles it all without ever sending your images to any server.
Why we built it
Most image tools require you to upload your files to a third-party server. That means your private photos, client work, or sensitive documents pass through infrastructure you don't control. We found that unacceptable.
ImgLab was built from the ground up with a single constraint: zero server uploads. All conversion happens using browser-native APIs — the Canvas API, WebAssembly, and the File API — giving you full control over your data.

Technology
ImgLab is built with vanilla JavaScript, the HTML5 Canvas API, and the File/Blob APIs. No external image processing libraries are used — just the modern web platform. This keeps it fast, private, and dependency-free.
The Pro licensing and payment system uses a PHP backend and PayPal for secure payment processing. Your account data (email, hashed password, payment status) is stored on our server, but your images never are.
